TERMS OF SERVICE

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using Cash Table ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be:

• At least 18 years old

• A legal U.S. resident with a valid Social Security Number

• Capable of entering into a binding legal contract

• Not prohibited from using financial services under applicable law

• In possession of a U.S. bank account or payment card in your own name

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

• Complete identity verification as required by our payment partners

• Maintain the security of your account credentials and 2FA devices

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

• Accept full responsibility for all activity under your account

• Not create multiple accounts or accounts for others

4. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Cash Table enables users to:

• Create shared money pools ("tables") with other users

• Deposit real USD into your account via card or bank transfer

• Transfer funds between your account and tables you belong to ("drop" and "take")

• Withdraw funds from your account to your verified bank account or debit card

• View real-time balances and complete transaction history

IMPORTANT: Cash Table is not a bank. We do not hold deposits directly. Funds are held in pooled custodial accounts managed by Stripe, a licensed payment processor. We do not pay interest on balances. Your funds are not FDIC insured through us, though Stripe maintains appropriate financial safeguards.

5. DEPOSITS

Card Deposits (Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay)

• Processing: Instant

• Fee: 1.75-3.5% + $0.30 per transaction

• Example: A $100 deposit results in $96.20 credited to your account

ACH Bank Transfer Deposits

• Processing: 4-5 business days

• Fee: First deposit FREE; subsequent deposits $1.00 + 0.2% of amount over $125 (maximum $3.00)

• Example: A $500 deposit costs $1.75 in fees

Deposit Requirements

• Minimum deposit: $5.00

• You may only deposit funds you legally own and are authorized to transfer

• Deposits from business accounts, third-party accounts, or unauthorized sources are prohibited

Failed Deposits

• You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds in your source account

• Failed deposits due to insufficient funds may result in fees from your bank

• Repeated failed deposits may result in account restrictions

6. WITHDRAWALS

Standard Withdrawal

• Processing: 2-3 business days

• Fee: FREE

• Destination: Your verified bank account

Instant Withdrawal

• Processing: Approximately 30 minutes (may vary)

• Fee: 2% (minimum $1.00) per transaction

• Requirement: Eligible debit card on file

• Example: A $100 instant withdrawal results in $98.00 received

Withdrawal Requirements

• Minimum withdrawal: $1.00

• Two-factor authentication (2FA/TOTP) is MANDATORY for all withdrawals

• You must set up 2FA before your first withdrawal

• Withdrawals can only be sent to bank accounts or debit cards registered in your name

• Only "real" money (funds deposited via verified payment methods) can be withdrawn

• Test/promotional credits cannot be withdrawn

Withdrawal Limits

• Maximum 5 withdrawal attempts per hour

• Large withdrawals ($1,000+) may require additional verification

• New accounts may have temporary withdrawal limits for security

Failed Withdrawals

• If a withdrawal fails after processing, funds will be returned to your Cash Table account

• Repeated failed withdrawals may result in account review

7. TABLES (SHARED MONEY POOLS)

Creating Tables

• Any user can create a table

• Table creators can set table names and invite members

• Table creators can configure security settings (PIN requirements, take limits)

Joining Tables

• You may join tables via invitation link or QR code

• By joining a table, you agree to share visibility of your contributions and withdrawals with all table members

Dropping Money (Contributing to Tables)

• "Dropping" transfers funds from your personal account to a shared table

• Drops are visible to all table members

• Drops are immediate and cannot be automatically reversed

• No fees for drops

Taking Money (Withdrawing from Tables)

• "Taking" transfers funds from a shared table to your personal account

• Takes are visible to all table members

• Table creators may set PIN requirements or per-transaction limits

• No fees for takes

• Real money is taken first before any test/promotional credits

Member Responsibilities

• Tables represent shared pools of real money

• WE DO NOT MEDIATE DISPUTES BETWEEN TABLE MEMBERS

• Disputes over who is entitled to table funds are between members

• We strongly recommend only sharing tables with people you know and trust

• We are not responsible for funds taken by other table members

Leaving Tables

• You may leave a table at any time

• Leaving a table does NOT automatically entitle you to any portion of the table balance

• Table creators can remove members at any time

8. TRANSACTION RECORDS AND LEDGER

• All transactions are recorded in an immutable double-entry ledger

• You can view your complete transaction history in the App

• Transaction records are retained for 7 years per financial regulations

• Each transaction includes timestamp, amount, parties involved, and transaction type

Fees are displayed before you confirm any transaction. We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days' prior notice.

10. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to:

• Use the App for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal purpose

• Deposit funds from stolen accounts, fraudulent sources, or accounts not in your name

• Create fake accounts, multiple accounts, or misrepresent your identity

• Attempt to access other users' accounts or circumvent security measures

• Manipulate tables or transactions to deceive other users

• Use the App for unauthorized commercial purposes

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

• Circumvent withdrawal limits, 2FA requirements, or fraud detection

• Harass, threaten, or defraud other users

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and reporting to appropriate authorities.

11. FRAUD PREVENTION AND SECURITY

• We employ automated fraud detection systems

• Unusual activity patterns may trigger account holds or additional verification

• Large transactions, rapid successive transactions, or new account activity may be flagged for review

• We reserve the right to delay, refuse, or reverse transactions we reasonably believe to be fraudulent

• You agree to cooperate with fraud investigations

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The App, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by TableCash LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the App without our written permission.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE

• THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

• THE ACCURACY OF BALANCE DISPLAYS (THOUGH WE STRIVE FOR ACCURACY)

• COMPATIBILITY WITH ALL DEVICES OR OPERATING SYSTEMS

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TABLECASH LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES

• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES

• DISPUTES BETWEEN TABLE MEMBERS REGARDING FUND DISTRIBUTION

• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT DUE TO YOUR FAILURE TO SECURE CREDENTIALS

• SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, DELAYS, OR ERRORS

• ACTIONS OF OTHER USERS OR TABLE MEMBERS

• THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSOR FAILURES OR DELAYS

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TableCash LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of any third-party rights

• Disputes with other table members

• Your negligence or willful misconduct

16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Informal Resolution
Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to contact us at support@disputeroom.com

and attempt to resolve the issue informally for 30 days. Binding Arbitration
Any dispute not resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will be conducted in Delaware, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WITH US ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

Exceptions
Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for:

• Intellectual property infringement

• Unauthorized access or use of the App

• Violations that require immediate relief

Time Limitation
Any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim.

17. TERMINATION

By You
You may close your account at any time by withdrawing all available funds and contacting support. Account closure is subject to completion of any pending transactions and satisfaction of any outstanding obligations.

By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for:

• Violation of these Terms

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity

• Failure to complete required identity verification

• Extended inactivity (12+ months with zero balance)

• Any reason with 30 days' prior notice

Effect of Termination

• Upon termination, you may withdraw any available balance (minus amounts owed to us)

• We may retain transaction records as required by law

• Provisions that by their nature should survive (indemnification, limitation of liability, dispute resolution) will survive termination

18. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

19. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

20. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

21. WAIVER

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

22. ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

23. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and TableCash LLC regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

24. CONTACT INFORMATION

By using Cash Table, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

You understand that Cash Table facilitates real money transactions and that you are responsible for the security of your account and your interactions with other users.
